JASON ROBINS
oct 15 '77 - sep 19 '01
Among his many talents, Jason Robins was a gifted dancer. He taught dance and was a member of a Bay Area hip hop dance team. Having battled depression for many years, dance was one of the outlets that helped him through the difficult times. Sadly, in September 2001, he took his life at age 23. [ About Jason Robins ]

To honor him, friends and Council for the Arts, Palo Alto (CAPA) helped his family establish a scholarship in Jason's name. The scholarship provides funds to help one or more young dancers obtain formal dance instruction. Awards vary
